3. Structure characteristics 
   

 pipe positioner PP3 welding manipulator consists of column ,lifting slide unit, rotation roller , the column fixed on the bottom bracket , through turn round organization can turn ± 90 °by manual , at the front of lifting slide along fixed a set of assistance compress tightly organization, easy to compress tightly the work piece in weld the process, lend support to the pressure is 450 kgf, on the side column has a horizontal beam for reserving to install welding control organization.

Turn roller is divided into powered part and idle part, powered part with column fixed on the bottom bracket, the reducer is a kind of special model which adopt to apply to pipe prefabrication product, can adapt the pipe diameter reach Ø50-600 mm, its motor power is 0.75 kw, electric voltage is three phase 240V, 60 Hz; The idle part doesn’t equip motor, mainly prop up the work piece, Another the speed is adjust by AC INVERTER to realize step-less speed adjustment with digital display that the customer can preset parameters;

The electricity of this set equipments control the system orientation communicate three phase 380V, 50 Hz of power supply request, Roller top end leaves ground to be apart from for the 650 mm, the customer can increment or decrease mat piece according to the size of the work piece during welding.

4. Performance：

Pipe weld positioner can do welding, cutting and grinding through clamping rotating and tilting thee pipes.  If needed, we can supply 2— dimensional adjustable  torch clamping system, by  this way, automatically operation can come true.。
