If there is one place where most manufacturers and suppliers of the metalworking industry come together, it is Schweissen & Schneiden . That is why the company joined forces with its partner FICEP to present the future of robotic welding at this tradeshow.

Held in Essen, from September 15 to 19, 2025, the event brought together more than 40,000 visitors and around 1,000 exhibitors from all over Europe. the company was present at the FICEP booth, showcasing the equipment that is transforming the way steel structure manufacturers approach robotic welding: the Beammaster .

This event was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate that the wide diversity of parts or small production volumes are no longer barriers to the growth of companies in the sector.

Beammaster and the transformation of steel structure production

For the first time in Germany, the Beammaster was on display, the number one equipment in autonomous robotic welding for steel structures.

Equipped with welding intelligence platform , software developed by the company, the Beammaster can automatically generate welding paths directly from a CAD file in just seconds, eliminating the need for manual programming.

And since no two beams are alike, the system integrates the weld monitoring camera system 3D vision camera, which adjusts welding paths in real time, ensuring precision and quality in any production scenario.

A networking evening with the Norwegian partner iTEC

During the days of the tradeshow, the company was invited by its partner iTEC to an exclusive presentation and networking session with Norwegian visitors.

This meeting made it possible to share technical details about the BEAMMASTER and highlight what makes the solution unique in the market.

This joint work with partners such as iTEC contributes to the creation of an international network of specialized partners , enabling a more effective response to the specific needs of each market.

Europe, here we are!

From participating in fairs such as Lamiera , EMAF , and now Schweissen & Schneiden, to the opening of its office in Porto , every step reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the European market.

With equipment already installed in France, Portugal, and the United Kingdom , and new projects on the way to other geographies, the future of the company looks highly promising.

More than supplying robotic systems, the company’s mission is to be part of the growth of steel structure manufacturers across Europe.
